ARST provides once off and on going consulting services to organisations looking to supplement internal teams or to outsource capability.
Our consulting offering is tailored specifically to each client. We initially propose an engagement model, which the client is able to tweak to meet their requirements.
Given that many Australian organisations are at different levels of maturity in understanding (& adopting) the technology related to Robotics, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, we generally do not suggest a generic consulting offering.
Robotics offers the capability to automate manual processes, to make it cost effective to do activities in Australia. It has also been highlighted through Covid, that sovereign advanced manufacturing, is critical to reduce our reliance, on overseas manufacturers.
For many Australian organisations, there is significant opportunity ahead to leverage this technology. The Australian government has a number of initiatives, that may assist with shortening the time and cost with adaption. ARST may, depending on your situation, be able to help with leveraging them
Engagement Model Overview
ARST starts with creating a proposal, after an initial discussion. The proposal will generally contain, the clients objectives, methodology, basis of payment, commitment required from the client, timeframes and expected deliverables. Upon agreement to the proposal and signing of a contract, work will commence.
Fixed price may be negotiated, after either a time & materials discovery phase or after we've been working with the client for some time.
